Elevator repairs done!
 

In late September 2014 the elevator box lift mechanism was refurbished and we now have an elevator that functions correctly and should not require every-other-week service calls.  Owners and renters were inconvenienced to say the least during the down time and we hope that the  problems are solved with this major repair for some time to come.

We believe you will also notice that we cleaned up the call buttons and repaired the lights and ceiling so that it is now much brighter.  Please thank Tad if you see him, the light repair was his handy work and was completed very simply over the Christmas Holidays.
