LOOK AT THE BRIGHT STRAIGHT NEW RAILINGS!  At the 2014 HOA meeting we were all made aware of the safety issue of the deck railings on the gulf-side and the ordering of new railings in September 2014.  The Plastic covered new aluminum railings have been installed with stainless steel screws that mount to the 4X6 deck supports.  NO middle post will be needed and we did a footing for looks and to match the carpet holes. 

Now we now we are finishing the siding.  Here are some pictures of the work and  finished products.

Tad Causey also has completed all the deck repairs that were causing the decks to pull away from our buildings.  Way to go Tad, he also did all the railings too.

Most of you probably know we have a new Maintenance Man, Tad Causey.

  He will be a busy man this next year and especially the off season.

In our last letter which is on the wed page we included the following:
